BGA Recruitment was registered in 2010 as a Closed Corporation and started trading at the end of 2011. The business provides a permanent placement service in a variety of industries and sectors. The company also provides criminal, reference and ITC checks. At some stage in the future the business plans to provide career guidance and psychometric assessments.


Bernice Glenny obtained her BCom Honours degree in Industrial Psychology (cum laude) through UNISA and has been in the recruitment industry for many years, working for some of South Africa’s leading recruitment agencies prior to opening BGA Recruitment.

Josh Glenny is an entrepreneur and has run a number of different businesses. One of those businesses manufactured memorabilia for the ICC Cricket World Cup in 2003 in South Africa. The product was an officially licensed product.

Josh has also had a successful sales career with companies such as NWJ, Polyflex, Supercare and Trafalgar. He also opened and managed a start-up NPO for a Ballito based donor.

As a husband and wife team their business and work ethic has proven valuable in the success of BGA Recruitment. Josh is the driving force behind BGA Recruitment and has successfully grown and expanded the client base and footprint.
